Cancelled Weapons and the Black Budget

We see this kind of thing throughout the government and they expect us to believe that. Take the radio telescope at Arecibo Puerto Rico for example. The Chinese had just finished building an even bigger one just as the one at Arecibo collapsed. There was no talk about building another to replace what had been the biggest radio telescope in the world before the Chinese one. It turns out we had a reason to not announce the start of construction of a new radio telescope and the plan was just revealed. We intend to build the world’s biggest radio telescope, just not on this planet. The plan calls for us to construct one on the moon which will be over six tenths of a mile in diameter in a crater. If you cover the crater with wire mesh and suspend a receiver above the crater you have a radio telescope. It just happens the size is one kilometer. The plans call for robotic construction. Money has already been put forward to study the plan. Using a bowl shaped crater makes construction a lot easier. The telescope is to be built on the far side of the moon.

When the government announced it was discontinuing the SR-71 Blackbird it was without a replacement. Can you imagine cancelling the world’s most incredible plane without having something better? This just made no sense. Rumors began to flow about a newer plane which could fly into orbit and back called the Aurora and they continue to this day. The government may have the Aurora, but it is keeping quiet about this. If all the rumors are to be believed, we already have several generations of the plane. It certainly seems to make sense, especially with all the former announcements about engines being developed which can fly in the atmosphere and also in space. Several years ago, a British company announced it had such a plane, but not much more was heard about it. It was as if the news of the plane was being stifled. It is just another example of the government thinking we are so dumb we would believe anything they told us.

This brings me to another project which was said to be very successful and was just cancelled according to the government. This project was so incredible there is no way it would just be stopped. I am talking about remote viewing. I think by now everyone knows what it is, I certainly have talked about it enough, but here is a quick refresher. People anywhere on earth who were trained in remote viewing could see into any other part of the earth, meaning any country. It is even said they were able to see into UFOs and contact the beings flying them. As far as we were told this project was just cancelled after successfully discovering where the American hostages were being held years ago in Iran.

This brings me to a point, if we are told a project was unsuccessful and was cancelled, can we always believe that statement? Could it be some of the projects which were called unsuccessful were really successful? When a project disappears, many times it did not really stop but was transferred to what is known as the black budget where it is hidden. There are all sorts of estimates on the size of the black budget. We can never be sure of the size since the budget is secret, but some estimates claim it is ten percent of the defense budget. Every once in a while, we get a glimpse of a secret weapon being used for the first time and when this happens, we can assume it was developed under the black budget. We saw two secret weapons appear in Iraq during the war. One was the Nighthawk F-117 which is the first stealth plane and was designed by the Lockheed Skunk Works. The second weapon is still unknown even though it had been used. It fired something which looked like a lightning bolt and the result was destroying and shrinking what it hit. It was mounted on a tank and seemed to be successful.

There was a weapon which was said to be cancelled named the JOLLER vehicle which shot lighting bolts. I don’t know if it is what was used by the tanks. It was said the weapon was being designed to destroy roadside bombs. Sometimes the development of one weapon leads to ideas for another. Could this have been for the basis the tank mounted weapon? Could it have been cancelled because a better weapon using the same idea, a lightning bolt was developed?

The black budget is thought to hide all sorts of projects. One might ask why would a satellite be included in the black budget? Yes, there are said to be satellites there. It is thought they might contain advanced devices and parts we would not want our enemies to find out about. In the black budget the programs get weird names to hide their functions. In an article by Wired, some of the names were found out such as Elegant Lady, Tractor Rose, Forest Green and Senior Citizen among others. There is no indication what these names represent. The budget is said to not only include secret programs, but also secret operations for such agencies as the CIA and others. One of the strangest things I read was the fact an office building was included in the budget.

I would now like to talk about what project some believe are in the black budget. One is way far out, but I will mention it anyway. It is believed by some the government has been working on developing a time machine. Let me say I do not believe this is possible to build. Another which is said to be in the black budget is an anti-gravity engine. Those who believe this, think they were successful and this one may not be so far-fetched. I believe it is only a matter of time if we don’t have one now, we will in the future. Those who believe this think we developed this engine years ago and have been building more refined ones ever since.

I think we would really be surprised if we found out what we really have.
