Why Are Extraterrestrials Watching Us? We have all heard about UAPs hovering over power plants, military bases and water, but there is another type of facility which they have been spotted over and it is prisons. This seems it is being done on purpose. I have to wonder what the extraterrestrials can gain from doing this. Maybe they want to see a barbaric penal system, because they no longer have prisons and have advanced to something like brain modification to correct those beings who perform criminal activities. On the other hand, maybe they don’t have any crime on their planet anymore because they have advanced past it. I know we are at a loss to try and figure out the alien mind and why certain things are done, but maybe they are studying prisons because they don’t seem to reform people very well and they wonder why we haven’t come up with something better? I saw a science fiction movie where a prisoner was subjected to intense brain modification by forcing his eyes open while he had to watch violent crimes being committed over and over and this was supposedly to stop his crimes. The movie was Clockwork Orange. In the end it didn’t work, but maybe the aliens have some chemical concoction or another which they could administer. They could even have mind control, which they seem to be able to paralyze with so why could they also do other things with it? When UAPs go over prisons they seem to know the places where the worst prisoners are being housed. I have a sort of theory about this. I think maybe they can examine the minds of different prisoners from the air, or even enter the prisons without being detected. They may want to know what makes them different than the majority of us. During some of the wars we have fought, especially World War 2, some terrible experiments were carried out on prisoners of war. Even after the war, prisoners in this country were being offered incentives to allow experimentation on them. Thankfully, this has stopped, or so they say. When we talk about UAPs hovering over certain places we might be able to make an educated guess about why they are doing it, but this doesn’t mean we are correct. For example, many guesses about why UAPs hover over power plants have been made and the majority of them state the UAPs are somehow refueling. This, of course, is a guess, because we don’t know for sure what their power source is. We are assuming it is some type of power using electricity. Many of us think UAPs are powered by anti-gravity and electricity could be integral to the process. There are many different UAPs showing up in our skies, and it stands to reason they may not all have the same type of power. We have to think of things this way, if a UAP comes here from a world which is 600 years ahead of us in technology, and another comes from a world which is 6,000 years ahead, the sources of power for their craft could be entirely different. If two cultures which are at about the same level of advancement might have chosen two different power sources. As we get more advanced, we might find we could go down several different paths in trying to perfect space flight. When UAPs go over water and start sucking the stuff up into their ships, why are they doing this? Do they need water to drink, or for some purpose which has something to do with their propulsion, or both? We don’t know this answer either. The reason could be something entirely different than we suspect. We look at these things as humans and we superimpose our needs into the answers to these questions. That water could be used in a completely different way, maybe even to create new materials in flight. Some of us have this idea extraterrestrials are here to help us. They get this idea from the different contacts which have been made where witnesses claim to have been told or given a vision of the world being destroyed. It could be true some feel this way, but I wouldn’t bet on it. I don’t see any aliens destroying our nuclear stockpiles or stopping other countries from developing their own nuclear weapons. Even those aliens who might be warning us about the danger of nuclear weapons may not step in if there is a nuclear attack, and the odds are they would not. A nuclear attack could be the end of us, but there probably would be some survivors and they could be knocked back to the Stone Age again. On the other hand, how do we know there wouldn’t be some aliens who want to see us gone? Let’s face it, when we invented the nuclear bomb, we became a menace. Other races might feel having us in space is too much of a risk of war. They might think it is safer to get rid of us. We think UAPs hover over military bases to check on our progress in nukes, but this is just an assumption also. They could be doing it to assess our manpower to see if we are getting ready for war, or for some reason we haven’t even figured out yet. Maybe they want to see how fast we are advancing in our weapons and if we manage to make one which they consider a danger to them, it will be the end for us. They could be looking for new secret weapons which might be sent secretly to bases for testing. There is still that lingering rumor which states we advanced to a point where we had bases in space and the Reptilians wiped us out, but there were a few survivors who started our civilization over. Some believe abductions take place to measure our brain development and when it reaches an acceptable stage, we will be accepted into some sort of space united planets association. Just the opposite could be true. Maybe we are being examined to make sure we don’t reach a certain stage, and if we do, that could also be the end for us. We are like children fumbling around in the dark when it comes to UAPs. Yes, we may have partially been able to reengineer some UAPs, but I have to think we may have been allowed to do this by the aliens because it is a sort of test to see how capable we are. If we were able to completely accomplish this, that is get everything to work correctly and fly it to another planet and back, what would be the result? Would that convince the aliens we should join them, or we were too dangerous to be allowed to continue?
