Making Contact One thing is for sure, there are plenty of phony headlines in the news. One I saw was so incredible I don’t know how anyone could think it was true. It was, U.S. President Joe Biden Orders Probe Into UFO Piloted By ‘Aliens’ in 1945. Does anyone actually think president Biden was sitting around thinking what was going on with UFOs almost 80 years ago? Obviously, there are people in the government steering Biden to do what they want and at least some of these people are interested in the UFO question. We know some of the congress people are interested because they order the pentagon to give them reports on UFOs, now called UAPs. But has this really done any good? We don’t know what is said in private meetings between congress and the pentagon, but we do know what is said in public ones, and there is not much if anything being revealed. This has been the way of concealing facts about UFOs for the last 80 years or so. In all this time we have only found out enough to tease us. The real meat and potatoes of the matter is only known to a precious few people. Unlike most others, I firmly believe we are going to learn more, not necessarily because the powers that be will tell us, but because we are getting ready for a full bore exploration of space starting with the moon and Mars. We are bound to run into, not literally, extraterrestrials with more people seeing them and maybe even communicating with them, it is only a matter of time. One hundred years from now we could be part of some space association. If this happens, I believe we are going to also find out not every extraterrestrial is friendly and some will be our enemies. It is the nature of every creature to have a personality, and these personalities can be as different as night and day. Let’s just take a look at dogs for example. I am not saying aliens are like dogs, but I do want to point out something. Certain breeds have certain traits. It is true to a more limited extent to humans. Take certain citizens of other countries for example. The citizens of one country might hate the citizens of another. This has led to wars for centuries. In some cases, this hate has been going on for so long, I doubt if some even remember why. There are bound to be alien races out in space which hate other alien races. Because of this, some races we might make friends with could cause us to be hated by others. It would be almost impossible to prevent this. We could have a hard time being accepted as equals by extraterrestrials, for different reasons. One might be we are so underdeveloped in technology compared to them. We tend to think this is caused by our race probably being much younger than them, but this might not be true at all. There could be alien races out there much younger than us who developed their technology much faster than we did. Remember we had many centuries where there was relatively no development or very slow development. The ancients invented some things which were never followed through such as steam power invented by the ancient Greeks. There are just so many differences which could exist between us and some extraterrestrial races. One example might be the life span. Even at our present time we are talking about ways to increase ours and maybe even live forever. Some aliens might have accomplished this and consider all of us just a flash in the proverbial pan. They may think it is not worth knowing us because to them we are here and then gone while they could be living for thousands of years or be eternal by now. Another reason many extraterrestrials might not want to befriend us is they may consider us untrustworthy. This could be based upon the human track record we have established of wars and such. They might even consider us dangerous and want to prevent us from getting off the earth or out of our own solar system. We have a pretty high opinion of ourselves at times, but extraterrestrials may consider us a backward, stupid race. People wonder why it seems we are being watched since ancient times. The reason might be extraterrestrials can’t believe why we are so slow to develop. One thing we are going to have to watch out for if we join any alien associations is being used as muscle in some kind of alien war. Aliens might think we are of little value and force us to fight for them. There are already people claiming they have fought in space wars after being abducted. I don’t know how much credence we can put into their statements, but I always keep an open mind, after all millions of people seem to disappear off the planet every decade. There is another side to this coin however, we could meet some truly kind aliens who want to help us get up to their standards. The problem is if we look at some of the deals we have made between countries, the human race as a whole is not always trustworthy. We could be creating powerful enemies by doing stupid things. I believe we have to hold ourselves to a much higher standard, especially those in government. Right now, I wouldn’t trust a politician as far as I could throw one. It might only take one time of trying to take advantage of an alien race to finish the trust with them. Just because some of us are willing to forgive and forget, doesn’t mean they will be as kind. It could be they might cut us off, or worse, want to destroy us. We just have no idea what are the morals of an alien civilization. On one hand their leaders might demand we act with a higher moral standard before we could get into anything. On the other hand, they might believe you get as much as you can from another race and anyway you do it is acceptable. Some extraterrestrials could also be insulted very easily and it could be done by us without even knowing it. It might be the use of a word or even a gesture which offends them. We are going to need careful study about their customs. We are going to meet aliens and it is only a matter of time before we do, so we should start preparing for that event.
