Outrageous Law Passed in New York State
The new law was passed in New York State and someone on Facebook posted some interesting facts about it. It is so outrageous that I have decided to repost but they put up for all to see.

CRIMES FOR WHICH A DEFENDANT MUST BE RELEASED FROM CUSTODY, WITHOUT BAIL, AFTER JANUARY 1, 2020
• Burglary in the second degree (residential burglary)
• Burglary in the third degree
• Robbery in the second degree (aided by another person)
• Robbery in the third degree
• Manslaughter in the second degree
• Criminally negligent homicide
• Aggravated vehicular homicide
• Vehicular manslaughter in the first and second degrees
• Assault in the third degree
• Aggravated vehicular assault
• Aggravated assault upon a person less than eleven years old
• Vehicular assault in the first and second degrees
• Criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds
• Criminal possession of a firearm
• Criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree
• Criminal sale of a firearm to a minor

ALSO, if you’re a criminal they have a way of getting you back to court by offering METS tickets, gift cards, transportation and other incentives for showing up paid for by the tax payer.
If you’re a victim or a witness of a robbery, sexual assault, burglary, assault etc. that now the criminal will have a right to all your information such as your name, address, cellphone number etc. ALSO, if the crime let’s say a burglary, home invasion, a rape happened inside your home NOW the criminal has a right to roam the location with their attorney for the development of their defense as many times as they want!!! All in the name of interpretation of rights through the eyes of these liberal ideologies that never take into consideration the victim.
