Interesting Things I Learned from Interviews

There was an old-time magician named the Amazing Randi who I interviewed who told me about one of the scariest things which ever happened to him. He was an escape artist besides being a magician and what he would do to get free publicity for his act was have a company lock him into a safe and then escape from the inside. One day he decided to take up this challenge from a newspaper which had a safe in their office. The deal was if he got out on his own, they would run an article about him promoting his act. He looked at the safe and realized it was a type he knew a lot about so he had his assistant lock him in it. To his horror when he was inside he realized the safe had been rebuilt and he couldn’t get out. The combination has been lost so the newspaper people couldn’t open it. There was a limited amount of oxygen in the safe and his assistant managed to get a locksmith to come over who worked hurriedly on the thing. It took much longer to open it than the locksmith thought and it was hoped Randi was not dead when they finally got it open. When he finally did get it open Randi was blue in the face but survived.

Timothy Good is very famous in the UFO community as an author. He also is an accomplished musician and belonged to the London Philharmonic. He has written over 30 books. It is obvious he had some sort of a connection with the military because he seemed to know things most of us didn’t. He told me about a UFO incident which occurred during the Cold War. He said we had found out by accident UFOs could be affected by high powered radar and this could have been the cause of the Roswell crash. That part is my words. He went on to say the Soviets decided they were going to shoot down UFOs using this type of radar and built a very powerful radar for this purpose. A UFO flew to the sight and send a beam down which destroyed the station and even more remarkable was the fact the beam had passed harmlessly through a soldier without harming him before it hit the radar station.

There has been a lot of talk lately about free energy. I am talking about energy which seems to come from space not from windmills or solar cells. I interviewed a Canadian inventor named John Hutchison who the US military was interested in. He claimed to have almost been able to control this energy. What I mean by that is he got it to work sometimes. He did demonstrations for the US military and told me about them. He was able to raise heavy objects like bowling balls, wrenches and such without a source of energy except for the device which he claimed drew the energy from space or another dimension, he wasn’t sure. The US military had sent a Colonel to Canada to observe one of his experiments and he was convinced Hutchison had hit upon something. I never interviewed him after that, but I am sure if he did discover something it would have become secret.

Doctor Roger Leir was a doctor who dedicated himself to the removal of what he believed were alien probes inside human bodies. Doctor Leir is deceased now, but his work is well known. He told me these tiny probes or devices could enter the body without leaving any entry marks and took videos of the operations to remove them. In the videos you could see them trying to move away from his scalpel as if they knew what he was trying to do and were avoiding it. He told me the devices were all putting out radio signals and were covered by a membrane which stopped them from being rejected by the body. I had posted the interview when a couple of days later I was contacted by a lady who told me she had been a patient of Doctor Leir and he had removed one of these devices from her. I called the doctor and he said he couldn’t discuss patient’s personal data, but when I told him she contacted me and told me everything he admitted she had been his patient and he had removed a device from her which was giving off a signal and which tried to move away when he was taking it out.

One interview I conducted was with a physicist named Doctor Ronald Mallett. He was a very nice man and told me he was the first modern black physicist. He was working on a project to send an atom into the future. This was not exactly time travel as science fiction would have you think, but it would have been an incredible feat. He told me he was doing this in memory of his deceased father. I believed he truly thought this would have made his father proud. I listened to him as he told me about the experiment and I wished him well. Unfortunately, a tabloid somehow got the story about a week later and put up a headline which indicated he was trying to bring back his dead father, which was not the truth at all, but that was the end of him giving out interviews and I can’t blame him.

One couple I met at a party. Someone happened to mention they had both seen a UFO so I decided to speak to them. I never recorded the interview or put it online. When I asked them about the sighting I could see they became visibly upset but decided to tell me anyway. They said they were in their home when in the middle of the day it became completely dark. This surprised them so the husband went outside and saw a huge saucer like object hovering over their home at only about 50 feet above them. He yelled for his wife and she came running out and also saw the object and they were both terrified. They said the could see the bottom of the object completely and it had objects like pipes and such under it. The object slowly moved away and they never saw it again.

Doing interviews is a lot of work. I would spend a lot of time researching interesting questions to ask which were related to the topic. I used the phone for most interviews and after I recorded the interview I would transcribe it in the beginning and this also took a lot of time. Eventually I just put up the recordings. I think the last interview I conducted was about 2012. I must admit I learned a lot from them.
