Are We Being Controlled? Some people have asked the question are we being controlled but we don’t know it? I am not talking about government control, but of something far vaster on a cosmic scale. Just the thought sounds menacing doesn’t it. Wouldn’t we know if something like that was going on? It might depend on what level the control was taking place. If it was going on at a local level such as one which affected us on an individual basis we probably would have caught on already, but if it was happening at a higher level we might never know. There are those who think they have seen evidence of this. When the Matrix came out some believed it hit home and was really telling us what was going on. I personally only thought it was a clever movie. That was before scientists began to tell us we live in a hologram. This is not really what I am talking about however. How would we ever know if some entity was controlling our government? Look at what is going on now and how crazy our law makers look. Is this natural or could there be something doing this to them. When President Eisenhower was said to have met with Grey aliens it was said the Nordic type warned us against trusting them, advice which we supposedly ignored. It has been said the Nordics wanted us to give up our nukes and in return they would supposedly give us advanced technology, but we didn’t take the deal. We were told the Greys were dangerous and devious. If they exist could they have gotten a foot hold in the government somehow. Who knows what types of advanced technology they would have and what it would allow them to do? It is said we met with several advanced races and some spoke about some sort of cosmic mind which was responsible for the creation of the universe. Were they talking about God or something else? We are on the verge of being able to put thoughts into people’s brains making them unable to disobey. If we are this close, why couldn’t an advanced race of extraterrestrials do this to us? Can we be sure of anything we see? There are those who think we are receiving subliminal messages through the internet and we don’t know it. This reminds me of some mental patients who wore tin foil on their heads because they said it kept out the alien signals. The only difference now is some very intelligent people are pondering this question. Recently it has been found there are microbes living in our brains and they are similar to a type in our guts. How do we know they are not controlling us? Perhaps our bodies are just hosts for these microbes and they are really us. It was thought this couldn’t happen, that is microbes get into the brain and when scientists found this out, they were extremely surprised. If we were to remove all these microbes, would we still be the same person or revert back to some different personality? We don’t even know if we are being influenced by the earth or some other influence like our sun. The story about Superman states he only got super powers because of our sun and didn’t have them on his home world. This is only a fictional story, but could the sun’s rays and solar wind influence who we are? If we went to a different solar system might our personalities change? This might mean we could never travel out of ours because it would be too dangerous for us and we could forget who we are. Have you ever noticed strange coincidences? Could there be a plan behind them? Let me tell you about one I know of personally. A man and his wife who I know were looking at old family photos. They came across one which was taken in Hawaii years ago by the wife’s parents. The wife was a young woman at the time. In the background she was amazed to find her husband. He had been in the US Navy at the time and was on leave. Neither of them knew each other and both were unaware of the photo and didn’t meet until a few years later. The exact same thing happened to two other people who were looking at old photos only the man and woman were only young children in that photo. They didn’t know each other at the time either. Do coincidences prove anything even when they are extremely strange? There are some scientists who have come out and said we have no free will and are just subject to cause and effect. Some believe our decisions are based on our intelligence and because some of us are more intelligent than others our ability to choose what we do is not free will. Some decisions might be made because of a built in fear of something which would mean they were nothing more than knee jerk reactions. If you wanted to jump off a building but were too scared to do it would this eliminate a free will decision? Look at the universe itself. There are certain laws which control our universe. How can this be if it was randomly created? There is another number which keep showing up in so many places yet scientists cannot explain why. The number is 0.577. It is known as the Euler-Mascheroni constant. There are those who not only believe we are being controlled but not completely and we will be forced to relive our lives in new bodies if we don’t get it right. This cycle is believed to go on forever if necessary. They are talking about reincarnation, but I am sure you had already figured that out. If you believe in this, what decisions will be the critical ones that will force reincarnation? Do we have free will or don’t we, are we controlled or aren’t we? It is hard to prove anything either way, but there are a lot of people who have made decisions on these questions. I don’t know the answer to any of these questions but I will gladly tell you what I think. As far as free will goes, I think we have it but there are circumstances at times which force us to make a decision we really do not like. I don’t believe we are being controlled by aliens, signals or anything else. I think our biggest problem as far as affecting our lives are politicians who think our system is broken. As far as reincarnation is concerned and coincidences are concerned weird thing happen which I can’t explain such as young children remembering facts from past lives and things happening to people which just go against the odds.
