Secret Underwater and Underground Projects and Bases Duluth, Minnesota is said to be where over 1,400 steel barrels were dumped into Lake Superior. Where did this stuff come from, and what is in the barrels? It is said the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dumped it into the lake over thirty years ago, but not many people knew about this. Speculation states the material is composed of heavy metals, and unexploded ordnance. Many people believe this was some of the munitions left over from the last World War. All this stuff is said to rest about three miles off shore. How many other places have unexploded ordnance off their shores and we don't know it, your guess is as good as mine? There are constant rumors of underwater and underground bases. These are supposedly bases built by us, built by the ancients, and built by aliens. I don't agree entirely with everything I am going to talk about, but there is no doubt there is some truth to much of it. First of all, the military of many different countries has been headed underground for the last 80 years or so. The French built the Maginot Line before World War II. It was a series of fort like structures that contained big guns, along with smaller arms. The forts were connected underground by a narrow gage railway system. The living area was also underground. This was a huge underground project which sucked considerable funds out of the French budget and ultimately, the Germans were able to knock it out at the start of the war. Actual construction of this series of fortifications began in 1930. It had over 60 miles of underground tunnels. The line had 72 cannons, 12 turrets of mixed weapons without mortars, 7 turrets with mixed weapons containing mortars and 61 turrets with machine guns. Many of the turrets could be raised and lowered. Area 51 is said to contain a huge underground base that is much larger than the base on the surface. There are all kinds of stories attached to this base, from reverse engineering of captured and crashed UFOs which were brought there, to research and development of air and space craft. Bob Lazar claims to have worked at Area 51 as a reverse engineering expert. He claimed to have seen one UFO he called something like the sports model. His employment was confirmed by an investigative reporter even though his work and educational credentials were deleted. The land around Area 51 has been increased and now, people visiting the site have to remain even further away from the actual base. There are signs that warn people deadly force can be used if they go beyond a certain point. Mt. Weather, in Virginia, is also said to contain a huge underground base which is a complete underground city. If nuclear war breaks out, this is where it is said the key components of the U.S. government would go to be protected. The facility is the headquarters for FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, they are the ones who failed their mission in New Orleans. Not much is known about the underground facilities there, except they do exist. I guess you can't blame the government on this for not wanting to talk about the base. Atlantis, the name has always fascinated those who hear it. When we think of Atlantis, many of us think of a super advanced society that lived in a time when the rest of the world was fighting with swords and shields. Could such a race of advanced people have existed, and really been that far ahead technologically of everyone else on the planet? Some think that the answer to this question is yes. Granted they are a small few, relatively speaking, but they do exist. The story goes the Atlantans were so advanced they built bases under the oceans for their flying machines. This occurred over 2,000 years ago and they just kept developing. Since they were about 2,200 years ahead of everyone else, at the time, they built on this progress and obtained the ability for space travel. As they flew around in their disc shaped craft over the Earth, they abducted people from time to time and took them to their secret bases. Once taken to a base, they were implanted and eventually released. The purpose of the implantation was to make these people a sort of information gathering device. The implants would pick up everything these people did, heard, saw and so on, giving up to date information about the surface to the Atlantans It is not only the Atlantans that are said to have underwater bases, but also space aliens. The internet is replete with stories of these bases, but curiously, they are always described as being at the bottom of the deepest parts of the ocean. This is not much of a description if one wants to try and locate them, even if we had the equipment to go that far down. Many UFOs have been observed diving into the water and taking off from under the water. Indeed, there is a classification of underwater UFOs, it is called a USO or unidentified submerged object. Many believe that UFOs and USOs are the same types of vehicles, the only difference being the UFO has dove into the water. There have been many reports of UFOs and USOs in the Bermuda Triangle area. As you all probably know, this area is famous for some very strange events and electrical activity. Is this caused by alien activity? If there are underwater bases in this area, it is the perfect cover for them, since things are so chaotic there. Like the ancient Atlantans, the aliens are accused of bringing people to these underwater bases and keeping some of them. If this is true, no one knows what their fate might be. Others are said to be released and still others are said to be released, but have implants in their body. The function of the implants is said to be unknown. Believe it or not, there is said to be another class of human living under the sea in underwater bases. I just heard this one a few days ago myself. It is said certain governments set up secret, huge underwater bases and stocked them with humans. I think the purpose was said to be the survival of the human race if we all destroyed each other with nuclear weapons. This project was said to have started in the 1960s, or late 1950s and the story goes on to further state they are still there. Furthermore, children are said to have been born down there and these children are said to have never seen the surface of the Earth. Can you imagine if this is true? That would mean we have a parallel race of humans developing under the sea. If they remained there for thousands of years, they might develop entirely different from their brothers and sisters on the surface. Who would have built such bases? We are told the government in conjunction with some very large companies were responsible for the construction. Is this the first step to study how humans respond to being cut off from the rest of humanity. The study would come in handy, when people are sent to other planets, or on long space flights. Almost every major city in this country is said to have thousands of miles of tunnels and underground rooms and facilities under it. Churchill went underground in London in World War II and his bunker is still there on an unassuming street, under a very plain doorway. Needless to say, you would never know it was there. Washington D.C. is said to be completely honeycombed with tunnels connecting many buildings underground. In the past it was reported former Vice President Cheney had construction going on under his house in Washington for months. Neighbors complained about the explosions and at one point it was said a huge mesh net was put over one area to keep out prying eyes. What were these explosions? It is thought either his house was being connected to the underground tunnel system or a bomb shelter of some type was being built under his home. The connection to the tunnels is the most popular theory. These tunnels are going to be used in case of nuclear attack. The rest of the population is out of luck. Other countries have their tunnels and underground bunkers, the U.S. is certainly not alone in this area. Much of Germany had underground facilities during World War II. Entire factories had been constructed underground and were building such things as planes. They were sheltered from the bombs of the day. Labs were also constructed underground. A deep mine was used in Poland as a lab. Were there any undersea facilities built by the Germans and used in World War II? It is said they had plans for construction, but there is no evidence I know of proving the facilities were ever built. We are now on the cusp of constructing bases in the deepest parts of the sea. No doubt most of them will be for military use, but at least a few might be used for scientific purposes. It is time to stop thinking about burying ourselves in the Earth, or underwater and time to think about making peace with our neighbors on this planet.
